Seasonal Changes Lawns and Landscapes focuses on providing the services that are needed for residential and commercial properties throughout all of our changing seasons.  It is our goal to maintain your property year round.  Snow clearance services for residential and commercial properties are detailed below. 

COMMERCIAL SNOW SERVICES

At Seasonal Changes, we understand that snow clearance is of the utmost importance to keep businesses runnning and safe for their patrons - it's even the law.  Parking lots, walkways and steps must be clear and clean for your business to function.  Commercial properties are given first priority during a snow event.  We can set up your account so that we contact you before we dispatch a crew, or we can set it up so that we automatically dispatch a crew at a certain number of inches of accumulation.  We stay up and monitor the weather and street conditions, so that you don't have to.  Please contact us and set up snow services early, as we may not be able to accept new clients during a snow event.  As always, estimates are free. Commercial snow services will be customized to each individual property, but the general services are listed below:

• Ice Melt Application
• Road Salt Application (for roadways only)
• Sand Application

RESIDENTIAL SNOW SERVICES

Residential snow services are offered, to relieve homeowners from the back breaking work of shoveling.We can clear your driveway, sidewalks, steps, decks, and other walkways, greatly reducing the possiblity of injury.  Please call and set up services early, as we may not be able to accept new customers during a snow event.  *Residential snow services are limited to specific areas within Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties, please contact us to find out if you are within our restricted snow service areas.
