There you will need to enter your username and password for entry. If you do not have a username and password, and are a current customer, please contact the office to receive them, or fill out the short form at the bottom of this page, and we'll email you the information you need, (please allow 24 hours during business days, or by the end of the following business day). We will need a valid and current email address to get you started.
Once you have your username and password, the Customer Care and Payment Portal allows you to do the following:
VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT HISTORY
PAY YOUR BILL
SUBMIT AN ESTIMATE REQUEST TICKET
SUBMIT A SERVICE REQUEST OR CONFIRMATION TICKET
REQUEST A SPECIFIC SERVICE DATE FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION ETC.
SEND REMINDERS TO YOUR LAWN CREW TO CLOSE A GATE, WATCH THE DOG ETC.
REPORT A PROBLEM OR ISSUE
SUBMIT A SUGGESTION OR IDEA
TAKE PART IN OUR OCCASIONAL "CUSTOMER VOTING" FOR OUTSTANDING CREWS / JOBS
TAKE PART IN CUSTOMER VOTING FOR "EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH" (coming soon)
ASK FOR ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN THINK OF THAT WOULD MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH OUR COMPANY MORE CONVENIENT OR ENJOYABLE!
Our top priority is YOUR experience with Seasonal Changes! Our current customers will always receive priority scheduling, and just to make sure of that, anyone submitting a ticket through the portal, can rest assured that your request is being fed, (real time), directly into our office calendar!
